Custom lettering can be a great way to personalize a monument to reflect a life well lived. We're here to help!
For years, we have been providing mobile on-site lettering and design for our customers and for those who have purchased their memorials elsewhere. On older stones, we can add wording and dates as requested.
If your memorial is made of bronze, we can help with that as well. We will determine where the bronze memorial was made and add lettering that matches the color, size, and style, just as we would for a granite memorial. We will need prior information (requirements listed below) to complete the estimate for you.
In most cases, our lettering technician will inscribe the inscription at the cemetery site to ensure the spacing and size are correct. In some instances, we will have to pick up your memorial and bring it back to our shop to complete the job.

Cost of inscription depends on the following:
- Detailed list of what is to be inscribed (Final date, last name, carvings, verses, quotes)
- Size and type of lettering

- Any specific details of the memorial’s location within the cemetery
- A picture of the memorial (optional but encouraged)

Timeline for Lettering Completion
Our timeline for completing the lettering at the cemetery is entirely weather-dependent. We cannot add lettering on a stone that is wet or cold. When you order your lettering, ask for a current timeline. We strive to complete inscriptions and lettering within a few weeks, depending on the job's complexity and the weather. The more information you give us, the more accurately we can stick to an agreed-upon timeline.

With a variety of styles and sizes, you can find an option that complements the design of your memorial. The choices are endless when it comes to designing new lettering and carvings. We have many methods to match the lettering on an existing memorial. Years ago, many artisans hand-carved the intricate details on memorials. Our experts can replicate that same quality by hand-cutting a stencil to match what was designed decades ago.
